The headline DASI is little changed from prior publication as generally favourable conditions tip into heat stress in some areas.
The Sacramento Valley has been the weakest performer, with its local index declining 5.5% on continued heat stress not offset by other factors. The present season currently ranks in the top three out of the past 10 seasons.
